We love supporting local small businesses!
This event is a great way to get out there and meet your customers, especially if you are online based with no store front.
​
Many of our stall holders use the markets as an opportunity to fill up their pre-order books for the coming months and to say Hi to their repeat clientele.
​​

-There is NO customer ticket/door fee
​
-You are required to have your own current Public Liability Insurance (minimum $10M cover- its about $50 per day, or $180 per year depending on your provider- do a quick google search for options)
​
-3x3m, 6x3m or 9x3M Supersites from $110 incl GST per site.
​
-Limited powered sites available on application (10amp, 240v). Your leads must be tagged and tested to plug into our site network- we can help with this. BYO generators are not permitted for general stalls. + $35 per site for powered.
​
-Food/drink vans are welcomed - but be quick, slots sell out very quickly!
10 amp/ 15 amp power supplied x2 outlets. Water tap onsite.
Or BYO Generator (no discount). Quiet inverter types only. Open style noisy generators are strictly prohibited.
​
Your setup must have - Current Council issued Mobile Food Business License (if applicable), public liability certificate, electrical test n tag, fire safety equipment- minimum 2kg extinguisher and/or fire blanket.
​
-Rescue/ charity groups- please apply for a stall fee waiver (free site- limited number available).
​
-Clubs - heavily discounted stall fees. Come and meet the public, spread your message, sign up new members, sell merch. Connect with fellow dog owners.
​
-Water hose available. BYO container.
​
-Your stall must have weights, water containers with ratchet straps, or sand bags (pre-filled with sand to save you valuable bump in time). Pegs into the grass are not permitted at the Parklands or Brisbane sites due to underground power and irrigation pipes.
​
-Bulky Stallholder waste, including cardboard boxes, are to go into the onsite landfill/ recycling skips on your way home.
​
-Onsite security, first aid and vet

-Reach out for a chat about our sponsorship packages. Get your brand in front of thousands of dog owners virtually and face to face.

Sites are available on a first-come first-served basis and sell out very quickly.
Bookings will open approximately 8 weeks before each event.
Booking process - New stall Holders welcome!
We have an amazing group of stallholders, all passionate about dogs- come and join us!
​
1. Please go to our Localstalls page and complete the booking application form.
2. We will review this within 2 business days and come back to you with a yes, no or maybe (waitlist).
3. Payment is required post- approval to confirm your stall site. We will email out all bump in/ site information once payment clears.
4. Please prepare a raffle donation prize, with a minimum value of $20
5. Get your stock ready, charge your phone and EFTPOS reader and we will see you on the day!

Sponsorship
Run a dog industry business, and would like exposure to thousands of pre-qualified dog owners and dog lovers?
​
We can offer a single Gold sponsor per market (or an annual agreement) with promo packages including naming rights "DOTG, presented by XXX", social media promotion pre, during and post, flags, banners and your branding at the markets (you supply), and a 9M stall space in a prime location, with space for a branded promo vehicle if you like.
​
Please reach out to us to open a confidential conversation about what you would like to achieve for your brand and pricing options. Gold sponsorship packages start at $1,000 per market. Brown sponsor packs start at $500.

WARNING TO NON-STALLHOLDER BUSINESSES: YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE.
​
You are strictly forbidden from attending the market and promoting your business in any way, shape, or form - including handing out flyers, business cards, free samples, wearing branded promo shirts etc.
​
Anybody attending the market in their business branded clothing, walking around advertising puppies for sale, or causing a disturbance to the atmosphere of the event, will be immediately asked to leave:
1. the market area exclusive use space; 2. the Broadwater Parklands precinct by security/ Police.

If you want to be involved, please book a site and don't freeload off our amazing stallholders and event volunteers.
